Your first 5K
A six-week plan for beginners.
Run back to where you started to claim the area inside your route. Other runners can take it from you, and it gradually fades if you don't run it again.
Your territory follows the loop you run, whether it's around a park or your neighbourhood.
Pick a route that brings you back to the start. Then see who comes to challenge your claim.
Record your GPS route and return within 35 m of the start to close the loop.
Claim the area inside your route. If it overlaps another runner's territory, only the overlapping part changes hands.
If you do not run it again, your territory fades. The app warns you before it does.
Others can run over your territory to take it. Reclaim within 48 hours for 2× season points.
Choose a ready-made plan or build your own schedule. Check the home screen to see what's on for today.
